A Big Life
Hey Everybody! I'm back from my pause, and first,
I just want to tell you I've got so much love for you!
I'm excited to share with you some things I've been gleaning through my pause. I am still in a resting place with some things in my life, but I wanted to get back here, to you all, to connect and talk life.
you were not meant to play small.
Have you noticed how you've had to practically not exist in order to keep some people happy, to keep the unspoken rules of family or of an institution moving in the usual trajectory? Or how you've had to keep the same old ball rolling to ensure that someone else wouldn't get angry, or rejecting? We will go to great lengths to ensure we keep an equilibrium of connection, or pseudo-connection, even if it means we lose our authenticity, our true self.
~
Dear Ones, I'm here to tell you that your life matters, immensely. Your thoughts have value, your mind and heart are worthy to be listened to, and it is ok to speak up for who you are- for your needs, your boundaries; you can speak up for your worth. I'm sorry if people have taken your voice away from you along the way. You have permission to find it again, even if it's a slow process. I believe the slower the process, the more true it is.
You were meant to live life fully alive, not in a narcissistic way, but in the way that allows you to live out your belovedness, as the person God lovingly designed you to be. You may be rocking the boat in your relationships, at work, or in your social circles; you may be shaking things up for growing your voice- for really showing up in life. And that's ok.
