Moms: You Don’t Have To Do It Alone

Hey Mamas! We've got you!

Being a new mom pulls at every single heart string, and can also have you hanging by your last worn-out, strangely nerve with all your might. There is so much to struggle with in mother-hood; and sadly, sometimes moms wind up caring for themselves last or very little. I remember trying to wrap my mind around how I was even going to brush my teeth before 1 pm when I had and infant and a toddler!

It also can be extra depleting (on top of the lack of sleep) if you're battling relationship strain, depression, anxiety, or trauma that hasn't been fully healed or cared for.

At Salt, we make space for you. We create a place where you can safely unpack all that you've been putting on the back-burner for so long. I have a handful of dear, sweet moms who either come in my office holding their infant during session, or have their therapy virtually while their babe is crawling around, and sometimes showing their cute face in the camera.

Don't try to shoulder your heavy burdens alone. When you take time to care for your mind and heart, for all the tender places on the inside that need space to thaw out, soften, and come alive again; you will find you are more present and energized with the people you love the most. You will find the clarity you are looking for.
