You Deserve To Be Heard

Putting your voice out into the world- in the relationships you find yourself in- can be a very difficult process if you've had a lifetime of experiencing not being heard or listened to.

Trauma is often deeply embedded relationally, and the injury can occur repeatedly. If you've tried to express yourself and someone dismisses you with anger or defensiveness, you may feel a need to hide out of fear with the growing belief that people aren't there for you.

Dear One, you are so very worthy of being heard, of expressing yourself. Finding your voice is the work.

It's easy to lose your voice when your heart has not been connected with at a very critical level.

Start finding your voice by listening to the sweet voice on the inside. The one who has thoughts and feelings that matter so very much!

Your voice matters.
